Wineing wind noise sound from front end

If your car is running fine and only making a noise when you are traveling at high speed it may be wind related. Check inside your front wheel wells behind the tires... There should be a rubber sheet between there and the engine compartment. It's designed to protect components on your engine from rain water & road debris etc. Make sure it's hanging down straight and not caught up on anything or torn. If that's not it, look around in your engine compartment and undercarriage for anything loose that would flap around in the wind (i.e. a mechanic's rag, tool or something got stuck you ran over). If you don't see anything out of the norm you can try a blower directed at your car to mimic wind conditions at 60 mph. The noise may present itself to a degree. It might be a long shot but worth a try. Good luck with you mystery noise. Let us know how it turns out.

This may sound obvious, but I would have your brakes checked out, just to rule them out. Many shops will do a free brake inspection.
If the noise is coming from the engine, look for a "Check Engine" light. If you see that, then have someone hook up a scanner to check the codes thrown by the car's computer and go from there.
A grinding noise is not something you want to put off or wait to fix.

get all 4 wheels off the ground,start vehicle,put in drive,with a large bar stop each wheel,itcan tell you which wheel has the issue.I've replaced all 4 hub and bearings,11/2 trs later the rear went again.... buy the best possible..hope that helps !

The most common reason for a humming noise in the front area of your car would be a wheel bearing noise. I would start by having the wheel bearings checked.

There are two ways to check the bearings, one would be to jack wheels of the ground and check for free play in wheels, the other would require having a tech test drive the car, a good test drive by a tech can tell you if it is a wheel bearing problem.

A wheel bearing noise will get louder as the speed increases and the tone will change if the wheel is turned left or right.
You can try this test yourself, get car up to speed of noise and then listen as you turn wheel to left and then right and if the tone changes then i would suspect the bearing and next step is to find out which one, this would need to be done on a lift. good day

You could have a worn idler arm and pitman arm. The idler arm is more common to wear out before the pitman arm so start with that and have the front end aligned. Inspect all your front end steering components for damaged and worn out parts that need to be replaced.

Look for something caught in the drive shaft - also check rear bearings and drive shaft bearings.

Sounds like you need to have a good oil change and have the mechanic give the underside a good going over. They will usually do this free as part of the oil change.

Also - check for a bad tire - sometimes the problem won't show sitting if the tire is separating on the inside and on the inside part of the tire.
I suspect a faulty tire that isn't separating until you get to speed.

Grinding noise in the front end could be your bearings or you cv joint

Whilst not familiar with your vehicle, in mercedes it is called highway hop, and was caused by the universal joint(speed related) that goes to the gearbox,they also added a damper to the diff (weight, frequency related)), , in regards the leaf springs, unless the spring hanger bushes are totally knackered it shouldn't cause problems.
Look at
1)bushes
2)unijoints or excess movement of the gearbox output shafts
3)excess pinion movement of diffs(where the uni joint bolts on)
4)ball joints
5)?bent axle (rare but they do do it)
6)swivel bearings in the front diff
Not sure as to your front end set up, but this may help?

jack it up and see if you can shake the tire if you can then its prob the hub bearing if not check the u joints on the front drive shaft!!!!
