SORRY if i posted this as a '93 Fat Boy but thats as close as I could get.I have a 1987 FXST/C softail with a 5 speed gearbox and need to order the clutch pushrods and throwout bearing. If anyone could get me the part numbers I would appreciate it. All sites including the dealerships tell you to order by part numbers but...... where do you get them from? They're not in the Owners Manual or in the Workshop Manual (my Workshop Manual doesn't even have the correct picture of the gearbox!!!) Thanks to anyone that can help.

A little something to add to the above solution...be advised that there are TWO kinds of aftermarket pushrods for Harleys. Adjustable and easy install. Adjustable pushrods you have to break the cylinder heads loose to install them. The easy install type slips right in with no extra work. Make sure the ones you get can be installed without removing the cylinder heads.

I'm in Italy and was trying to order the parts on the internet since buying them here from the local dealer costs about tree times the stateside price. But in the end I wound up ordering the parts at the local dealer. Case resolved.
Is there a dealer you can call .....?
