1. Remove headlight unit
2. Disconnect headlight leads
3. Remove bulb cover
4. Remove headlight bulb holder
5. Remove headlight bulb
6. Install new headlight bulb - DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB!
7. Install headlight bulb holder
8. Install bulb cover
9. Connect headlight leads
10. Install headlight unit

I'm not aware of any shortcuts, nor do I believe that any steps could be changed or eliminated without re-engineering the headlight unit.

if you have tested the headlight connection and you have power in you have an open to ground

this problem can be solved by checking the wiring of the bike, all you need to do, with the help of the multimeter turn on the bike and light and check with the multi meter, are you getting the power, else you need to the change the wiring,, this will surely solve your problem,, thank u,, plz rate me,,,,
