If i were you i would not do this mod. You are going to end up with a ugly top triple tree. Rather find a lower set of bars off another bike. They are all the same diameter tubing.

Hi, how much oil goes in the forks of 1982 suzuki gs 750 t

The amount of oil that goes in the forks of a 1982 Suzuki GS 750T will depend on the type of forks that are installed on the motorcycle. It is important to use the correct amount of oil to ensure that the forks are functioning properly.
If your Suzuki GS 750T has standard telescopic forks, you will need to add 10.8 ounces (320 mL) of fork oil to each fork. If your motorcycle has air-assisted forks, you will need to consult the owner's manual to determine the correct amount of oil to use.
To add oil to the forks, you will need to remove the fork caps and use a fork oil level gauge or a piece of wire to measure the amount of oil in the forks. If the oil level is too low, add oil until the forks are filled to the correct level. If the oil level is too high, remove excess oil until the forks are at the correct level.
I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

How many quarts of oil do i need for a Suzuki 1978 gs 750

Usually they take 3 1/3 qts. Just add 3 and watch till it full with the last bit of oil. Then start the bike and let idle for 5 seconds to fill the oil filter. Let it sit for a couple minutes and recheck the oil level and add more if needed.

I need to get new fork seals and cant find out what size the forks are so i can order a fork seal driver it an 1978 suzuki gs 750 street bike also i have never done fork seals and would like a diagram and...

Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual. There is a '76 manual there. It is close enough to your '78 to be extremely helpful as not much of anything changed in those two years. The listing just says "Suzuki GS750 ". Page 90 has a diagram. Page 93 says to mix 50/50 10w30 motor oil and standard ATF (automatic transmission fliuid) for the fork oil. You do not need to tear down the forks to install a new seal and the seal can be installed without the special tool.

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx
