That's like asking for the Holy Grail ! All i can suggest is to pore through the web and absorb all the ideas and suggestions you can. Save up lots of money while you are doing so. You're gonna need it. Dismiss the cheaper tips and tricks and buy as good a quality exhaust, carb and cylinder kit as you can afford. All depends on what you expect to achieve and how much you've saved. Every scooterist who has tried to tune a Vespa has their own favourites and recommendations based on experience. But every one is different as is every Vespa so these vary wildly. If i was to give you one big piece of advice it's this ......................Keep two fingers on the clutch for when it siezes !!!

Visually inspect ALL fuses inside the cabin and under the hood then inspect ALL lightbulbs..Turn signal bulbs..Etc..Do check your dimmer switch,if available..My dimmer switch was bad in my 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS and my headlamps quit working properly..They(light)had led halos that wouldn't work..The line of LEDs under the unit(headlights) didn't work..All my dash lights went out and my taillights went out too..I checked everything known to man and found out it was that switch..I replaced the dimmer switch and EVERYTHING WORKS!! If the TV set is on the same stand as the Sky box then you don't tune at all. Connect with either a HDMI cable or a SCART. Use the AV input on the TV.
If you mean you have a bedroom set, and Sky is piped around the house on RF, then that's something different.
Make sure your TV has an analogue tuner as well as the digital one used for Freeview. (check the remote for a TV/DTV button). Go in the the TV tuning menu, and do an Auto tune for both analogue and digital.
you can't tune the radio. You must tune the antenna. I have a generic thread which explains everything you need to know about tuning your antenna. See here. Hope this helps you.

side of the "SEEK" button to increase the hours or press the left side
of the "SEEK' button to decrease the hours / press the right side of the
"TUNE" or "TUNE DISCS" button to increase the minutes, or press the
left side of the "TUNE" or "TUNE DISCS" button to decrease the minutes
When the time is set - release the "CLK" button

Select the channel to tune & press "CH" this is the key to the right of zero on the CLE-942 remote, Now you can tune the selected channel. You also need this key to sort/move channels after running auto tune.
I would have this vehicle scope tested to see which, if any cylinder is misfiring. A tune up WILL NOT necessarily eliminate any ignition malfunction, but a QUALIFIED tech will note a problem. Many factors can be involved in a MISFIRE, including, coils, compression, timing, and more. Hope this helps
