Hi i have a jaguar xj40,1989. currently in metric tyre in view the price of metric tyre so expensive and very hard to find.I like to convert to imperial type of tyre. what kind of mag i can change to, for after market mag wheel or other brand of car whel which have a similar spec with my jag wheel requirement.
Thanks.

In 1989 Jaguar may have been using same bolt pattern as Chevrolet and some other GM types. Check bolt pattern 1st, then chech offset. Jags tend to be high positive offset. I have a 2004 XJ8 VDP and the wheel bolt pattern is that of a Ford Taurus. Guess what kind of wheels I'm shopping for.
If you have the factory tire size of 26.6x8.9/16 your new size will be 225/60/16
26.6x8.9/16 =225/60/16
