Have spark it turns over but wonnt start blown two 10a powersource fuses all I did was install a new battery

An engine needs three things

Fuel
Compression
A spark at the right time

The battery is only needed to turn it over.
New spark plugs properly gapped is good.
A fuse only needs replacing if it has blown, and first, you must find out why it blew.

If it 'rotated', then it did 'turn over', you mean it didn't start. Did it spark though? Remove the plugs and hold them connected against a solid earthed part of the engine. Turn the engine over, do you see a nice fat blue spark?

I think you probably need professional service.

Charge the battery and check fuses again.

it may have blown a few but start with the largest ones under hood then to cabin ,do them one at a time if you have to .

You could have a sort circuit, somewhere

Did you check your fuses? You might have a blown ecm fuse or other fuses blown. Were their any additional wires connected to the battery that you may have ommitted? Do you have spark at the coil pack or the plugs? You may have a bad module. How does it sound when you crank it over? Does it turn over superfast? Could be timing. Check all these things and get back to me. Check the fuses and relays under the hood also.

Breeze, 4 cylinder: check fuse # 5 (20a), fuse #1 (10a), fuse # 10 (10a)- in the power distribution box. Check for power to the coil on the dark green wire with orange stripe. If power there, test the coil. If coil is good, suspect the cam position sensor or the crank position sensor.
Breeze, 6 cylinder: check fuse # 5 (20a), fuse # 10 (10a). Check for power to coil on the dark green wire with orange stripe. If no power to coil, try a new or known good Auto Shutdown Relay (in the power distribution center). If still no power to coil, may be a problem in wiring harness. If there is power to coil, and still no spark, test the coil. If coil is good, suspect the cam position sensor (in the distributor), or the crank position sensor. If all check good, may be a problem in the wiring or the pcm (computer).

it will spark a little,make sure key is off and doors closed,check the fuses,the ones under the hood,you had to of blow one or two,and lets hope thats all,start there first and see if car starts after replacing blown fuses and also check for fusible links,

Hello! You'll need a multimeter set on the 50 volts dc scale. Pull the 10A fuse for ECM/IGN...Check for battery on the feed side of the fuse with the key on. If you read 12 vdc then battery is present at the fuse block. If battery is present at the block...carefully pull one fuse at a time and, rather than seeing if it's blown, check fuses with a meter. Set the meter on the X10 ohm scale. With battery at the block; Fuses are blown at the inside block.

If there is no battery coming to the fuse block inside the car; Go under the hood and check the fuses in the main fuse block. Check in the same fashion that was explained earlier.

I believe that the high amperage fuses, as in 60 or 80 amps that feed the ignition and supply battery to the inside fuse block are blown.

Also check for battery at the starter motor. This is a direct supply from +post on the battery itself. If no battery is present there may
be a fusible link installed. Disconnect the positive cable from the battery; Again use the ohm meter set on X10 scale and check to see if this cable is open. A fusible link may be installed between main battery and the red wire that runs through the firewall into the inside fuse block.

check wires under seat and around frame sounds like you have a bare wire somewere.
