SOURCE: Suzuki GN125 engine oil drain
The spacer goes in first then the spring. What you removed was the detent for the shifter
SOURCE: will a lower fork leg{R/H} from an suzuki gn125
buddy no it wouldnt because the fork may fit but the spring rates and the oil capacity will change the riding conditions you can make it the same by getting the same springs and settng the same oil amount but will take a bit off work to do so i will just by the same one buddy hope this helped
SOURCE: suzuki gn125 wont start. checked carb, cdi, coil.
Check the valve adjustment. If a valve is standing open just a little, the compression will be too low to start the engine. Check fuel delivery by dribbling a little gasoline into the carb and try starting the bike. If it starts and runs for a second or two, you're not getting fuel into the cylinders. Check you carb again.
SOURCE: electrical wiring short troubleshooting
You almost certainly have a bad coonnection somewhere, have a look behind the headlight to start with. Really, you need to do some electrical fault finding with a multi tester. Try to pin point exactly when the fuse is blowing - ie when u switch something on, or when you start up..... Some times the tank of these can rub o hole in the wiring loom underneath - check there. There are many electrical `potential` probs with gs`s but they can be rectified. Try the GSRESOURCE site for more assistance.
SOURCE: I have a 2009 model Suzuki Hayabusa.The turn
I've got the same problem on my 08 Busa. Both times happened after turning left. The second definitely happened when I turned on the left turn signal. The 4 way flashers worked after I replaced the fuse the first time. Perhaps the left turn signal worked a few times between replacing the fuse the first time the second time it blew. I looked at the left handlebar switch and can't see a problem in it. Next, I'm going to trace some wires.
