I will go one better than what you request. Go to the site below and you can download a free PDF service manual for your bike. I checked the list, your manual is 8th from the bottom.

SOURCE: just need the height setting for the floats the

YOU CAN ADJUST FLOATS WITHOUT SPECIAL TOOLS. ALL YOU NEED IS A FOOT LONG PIECE OF CLEAR TUBING, SIZED TO FIT THE BOWL DRAIN. SET FLOATS AS CLOSE TO WHAT THEY WERE WHEN YOU REPLACED IT. INSTALL THE BOWL AND PUT THE TUBE ON THE DRAIN. OPEN THE BOWL DRAIN SCREW WHILE HOLDING THE TUBE UP BESIDE THE CARB. WHEN YOU GET THE TUBE BESIDE THE CARB ASSY., THE GAS IN THE TUBE SHOWS YOU THE EXACT LEVEL OF FUEL IN THE BOWL. FROM THIS YOU CAN MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY FOR CORRECT LEVEL. THE LEVEL SHOULD BE RIGHT BELOW THE PLANE WHERE THE BOWL MEETS THE CARB BASE.

SOURCE: What is the float height on a yamaha pw80

The float bowl level is set in between running it dry at full loaded throttle and fuel overflowing from overflow hose. The floats have a small brass tab that bears on the needle, when it rises, it pushes needle into seat and restricts fuel. Set this tab level with rest of tab plate surrounds for the middle fuel level position. Bending tab down will let more fuel in, up for less.
Better to put up with a little fuel overflow when you lay it down than starving motor of fuel when you need power the most. Damage can result running too lean.
Cheers.

THE OPERATION OF THE CLUTH ON HIS MODEL IS OF CABLE TYPE, IF THE CLUTCH IS OPPERATING CORRECTLY THE 1ST THING TO CHECK WOULD BE THE CABLE, REMOVE THE CABLE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PULL THE INNER WIRE SMOOTHLY TO AND FRO, IF YOU NEED TO USE ALOT OF EFORT TO DO THIS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE CABLE,MAKING SURE YOU HAVE ADEQUIT FREE PLAY AT THE LEVER WHEN RE FITTED. OBSERVE THE ROUTE THE CABLE TAKES BEFORE REMOVAL AND REPLACE IN THE SAME WAY, YOU MAY ALSO TRY TO GET SOME LITE OIL DOWN THE CABLE, THOUGH I SUSPECT THIS WILL BE ALMOST INPOSSIBLE IF IT IS THIS TIGHT TO OPPERATE

Low idle when warm and wont start back up

I had this same issue for my 2016 R6. When to the mechanic. He removed the tank, the upper throttle body and showed me the rpm sensor. There is a small screw at the bottom of the sensor. He adjusted that two three times and Idle was back to 1500 Rpm.
