What is the air to fuel ratio for a 1974 yamaha dt250

hi this means the carb or carbs are over flowing maybe the float is stuck or the float needle and seat needs replaceing give them a strip down a good clean may cure it

I seem to remember that they were oil injection, and had a tank seperate for oil, but...32:1 will work if it's pre-mix, just jet the carburator to match that and you will be fine.

what da ya mean pull with something? Do you use a bribing technique? It a kick start bike, check the electrical system and your kick start mechanism (starter) is not working properly to generate the needed juice.

A non working speedo will not have anything to do with your ability to tune the air/fuel ratio.
