Have an LG led 3yrs old. Plugged in a new directv satellite genie using the hdmi ports, none of the 4 work. Tried a DVD player also, nota. The ports had never been used. Is this common?

Have you set the input to the port you are using?

Theres is a burning smell which inturn makes the clothes smell? Any suggestions - the machien is only 3yrs old. Also the water smells when the spin stops? Thanks

You have not mentioned make or model of the set ,but if this contain heated washing, then it is possible that the heater coils have burned and exposed .

My fridge is over cooling - now freezing food

i just want to say that i have the same fridge freezer and that is whats happening to mine. even the drinks are freezing aswell as tomatoes and any other thing that is put in there. after reading your problem im thinking maybe this is a manufacturing fault. i am about to buy an extended warrenty for mine then i can get the poeple to fix it as mine is also 3yrs old. hope that helps.

make sure your unit is secured properly[screwed up into counter and leveled], to minimise vibration. other wise you may want to try putting some insulation behind the kick plate.

Phone LG and ask them if your set is eligible for a firmware upgrade.

SOUNDS LIKE CARB NEEDS TO BE TAKEN APRT AND CLEANED VERY WELL AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING SPARK IF YOU ARE GETTING SPARK AND THE PLUG IS GOOD THEN I WOULD PROCEED WITH THE CARB AND IF THERE IS ANY GAS IN IT GET RID OF IT AND START WITH FRESH GAS
