Chances are it is the load on your battery. i had the same problem, check for an isolating switch for the head light, if there isnt one - take the head light out, disconect the head light and try to start the bike. fixed mine, but i dont know what else is going on with your bike. hope this helps cheers
Hi,
- Some stupid checks to do ( but essential )
Is there fuel in the tank?
Is the fuel **** in an open, or even 'res' position?
- Remove the spark plugs, look if they aren't soaked wet.
- reconnect the ignition leads the the plugs, with the spark plugs touching the engine.
- Crank the engine and see if there are sparks at all the spark plugs.
- If yes, check for clogged carburettors and/or too low compression.
SOURCE: have a 2004 suzuki marauder. engine starts but
Your idle circuit jet is clogged, you will need to run seafoam fuel additive in your gas tank and see if this clears it up or clean the carbs.

if you put a socket on the end of the crank shaft and it turns then your motor isnt locked up if that happens you just put a rebuild kit in it and your in luck

Could be a combo of all. Replace your spark plugs sync carbs, and run it to see how it responds before you mess with the mixtures. Also check for any vacuum leaks. Hope this helps.
