SOURCE: 1979 honda cbx 6 cylinder, no power at 1 coil. no

If you mean no output power, coil is bad. If you mean no input power 12v, there is a fault in the wiring. If you mean no signal from stator, wiring problem as well

SOURCE: how to take off a speedo drive from a honda cbx 750

if its similar to my 87cbrf1 my speedo cable routes down to the left fork and you"ll see the cable enter a black plastic piece one end having a screw, the inner cable tangs match the inner axle tangs while locked in place... you can spin the front wheel and watch the speedo react. Now to take it out all's you'll have to do is unscrew the holddown screw and pull the cable assembly back out. very easy. i just hope yours is mounted on the fork and not on the valve cover because im not too familiar with that type.hope this helps you out! can i get somefeedback.. only if it does help...thanks!

SOURCE: This is for an 1979 Honda CBX. I installed new

I PRESUME YOU THOROUGLY CLEANED THE FLOAT NEEDLE SEAT?AND INSPECTED THE NEEDLES FOR LIKENESS COMPARED TO THE OLD ONES, SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO IGNORE THE FACTORY SETTINGS PLACE THE CARBS ON THE BENCH WITH A FUEL SUPPLY CONNECTED AND ADDJUST EACH FLOAT UNTILL THE LEVEL OF FUEL IS BELOW THE OVERFLOW TUBE ALLOWING ENOUGH ROOM FOR THE FLOATS SO THAT THE LEVEL STILL LYES BELOW THE TUBE WHEN FULLY ASSEMBLED, COMPLETE THIS TEST BEFORE FIXING THEM TO THE BIKE, WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY REPLACE THEM BACK ON THE BIKE,

PS IS THE NEEDLE SEAT AVAILIBLE SEPERATLY MAYBE WORTH INVESTING INSOME NEW 1S IF THEY DO

YOU COULD HAVE THE CARBS ULTRASONICALY CLEANED

The speedometer on My 1995 honda civic doesn't

Sounds like you need a new speedo cable .... first step is to get a repair manual. If you can remove the cable from the back of the speedo and have someone hold it while you are driving, if you apply light pressure to hold the cable in solidly, and then try to stop the cable from spinning, but not so much that you snap the cable yourself. The cable should spin while the car is moving forward. Once you replace the speedo cable the speedo and odometer should work again, if not it might be the speedo head, which spins the cable. Try to get a manual. Haynes is OK but the factory Honda manual might actually be the most accurate. If I understood this correctly you should be good to go but if you need further assistance feel free to holler back again. If the cable is OK but the speedo still doesn't work it is most likely the speedo guts ... used ones should be available for about $100 or so. The cable should solve your problem hopefully, making further work unnecessary.
