Replaced dtr 125 ignition ,loom. starts the bike very easy but no lights or ignition switch working

Look to see where the two wires could connect. What points are within reach of the two wires? Remove a plastic cover or two and you will probably find the solution. Chances are the two wires go to the rectifier. They charge the battery. Reving the engine draws power from the battery, thus dimming the lights when no charge is going back into the battery.

too much fuel buddy on carb is a mixture screw turn this in 14 of a turn or more if required and try this if no good get back to me

Sounds like you are flooding the engine with gas. Put in a new spark plug then twist the throttle one time to prime the cylinder. Now get your hands off the throttle and give it a few kicks. Each time you twist the throttle the power valve gives a shot of gas. Too much can flood the engine quickly.
