I just bought a suzuki gsx 600f from 1993. It is to high.

The power regulator may be at fault.

indicates a fuel problem
wide open throttle and back firing indicates low float level or fuel flow problems
check for tank vent is working as it could be a vacuum forming in the tank preventing full fuel flow

Always check on the center stand on level ground.

turn the coil lock nut counter clockwise to loosten

you plull your front seat out theres two bolts rght behind the tank you will see them when you take sit out you take both bolts out and pull your tank back.

Internet mc salvage and yes, you can install it

I had a similar problem with my Vulcan years ago, it turned out to be the Ignition Wires. Check to see if you get spark while the bike is hot.

Hey pal, do you have a dipstick for checking the oil or a sight glass on the lower part of the engine ? Either one , you have a cap with a raised edge so you can grasp it w/your fingers and unscrew it. If it's too tight i use an adjustable wrench or crescent wrench. This hole is where you pour oil in. Check the sightglass or dipstick before doing so OK?....Good Luck to you !.....Tim

I have no idea if it comes with a little slippage, but for a schematic you can check ou http://www.Alpha-Sports.com Should be clear if he's missing a shim or not.
