I f the horn doesn't work I would check the top motor mount just above the horn. That's where the ground for the horn is. If the ground is good, then run a test light from ground to the horn yellow wire. Depress the horn button and if the light comes on then your power side is good. Then run the test light clamp to the battery positive and test the black wire " ground " side . If it lights up then you need a horn. The speedo and the horn are 2 different circuits so I think it's a combination of problems not just one. If the speedo works and the trip works, then I would check the bulb itself.

My cruise control stoped working, my speedometer still works

cruise control have there own fuse check that ,make sure it is still hooked up to throttle ,check vacuum lines and power plugs , your speedo has nothing to do with cruise, also check that it is activated, test horn ,YES horn and cruise use same relay ,make sure your brake pedal is retracted ,and that brake lights work as well, good luck with it if I can be of further help get back to me ,hope I helped you.

I HAVE A 1991 SPEEDOMETER AND ODOMETER DOES NOT WORK . WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? DO I HAVE A CABLE OR SENSOR? ALSO MY HORN DOES NOT BLOW WHAT DO I NEED TO CHECK FOR? BOTH WERE EXISTING PROBLEMS WHEN I...

No cable. It has a vehicle speed sensor. Sounds like it is bad. Check for power at the horn with a test light when someone presses the horn pad. The horn might just be bad.
