Sounds like the plugs are fouled out, I would pull them and make sure they're about the color of a paper bag. If they're all sooty and wet you most likely have a rich condition. I would take the carbs out and clean everything and pop in a new set of plugs. I have a 87 Fz600 that was acting up until I cleaned the carbs.

I have a 92 fzr 600 when i engage my clutch amd shift into first it dies like the clutch isnt engaged. i checked the clutch cable and it seems to be working fine

With the engine not running can you select 1st gear pull in the clutch lever and push the bike with no difficulty, if you cant, it may be the clutch plates have become stuck together, this can occure from standing for long periods, if you can push the bike it may be the neutrol safety switch, or the side stand safety switch have become faulty, and cutting the bike out as a precaution

I am having problems getting good spark could a battary cause this problem low voltage even though it turns over (94 yamaha fzr 600)

Yes occasionally a battery can put out enough cold crank amps to spin the starter and motor, but in doing so drags the voltage down so the electronic ignition wont fire.

a couple of warnings
If you check for spark make certain there is a plug in the lead and it is grounded to the engine, if not the voltage builds up in the coils until it can spark to something.
dont jump it of a bigger car battery, when the bike starts it can try to produce more amps than its supposed to to try and charge the car battery and stuff the reg.

1995 yamaha 600 wont start

Is the kill switch on? Good battery? The side stand should be up. Is the choke on? Is the bike in neutral? Have you checked the fuses? Headlight should be off.

Get new stock plugs from the dealer. Check to see that the choke will open and close properly. Drain the carbs then remove and clean the fuel valve water trap bowl. Check the wiring harness for unplugged wires and loose connections. When was the last time you installed an air filter?
