You will have to clean the start button, it may be fullof carbon thus no contact when you operate it.
To make sure of that's the problem. look for the starter solenoid switch in yur bike and jump it with a little thicker wire and it should turn the starter, if not than it's the starter solenoid switch whic needs replacing.
Hop ethis helps!

now carburetor adjustment is improper...so the carburetor need to clean and adjust proper setting...and you need to replace the battery because some battery will show reading 12.8v, but when you apply some load it will not supply the voltage, yet you can confirm the battery's health by high rate discharge test...

Battery replace horn Acura

yep heres your answer
Open hood ensure new battery is disconnected.
Open main fuse panel cover under hood and remove horn relay (so you don't have to listen to the horn).
Use the key to lock the drivers door.
Connect the positive battery terminal.
Connect the negative battery terminal (security system will now activate, hazards lights will flash and horn would be going off if the relay was not removed).
Use the key to unlock the drivers door.
Get in, close drivers door.
Use the key to start the engine.
Security system will deactivate.
Get out of vehicle, reinstall horn relay, replace fuse panel cover, close hood. have fun stay dirty!!

Well the good news is the click indicates the switch is working, when you press the switch the 2poles on the solenoide are joined together alowing the current to the starter, bridge the wires at the solenoide this should put power directly to the starter you wont need to press the start switch, if the engine does not turn over check the connections to both the battery and starter motor,

When i press self start button it's meter start doing on & of ,on& of and bike does not start.? can u tel me wat is the problem?

Sounds like your battery is dead. It may hold enough of a charge to start the lights up and horn, but when you put the bike under load (trying to start it) it will go below the necessary volts to start the bike up. Go to a battery store or your nearest auto parts store and have them check out the battery (they do this for free where I live so I hope they do it for free where you are) If they say the battery is fine, check to make sure that all of your connections are good, so that no cables are loose. I am still thinking the battery will need to be replaced. Good luck!

The bike was running fine in the evening. Rode to work parked the bike took the key out. The battery was dead in the morning. Put the 10 amp charger on and the motor started to turn over with the key off!...

your starter button is malfunctioning. maybe some oxidation in the switch. when starter button is pressed in that can cause your other electrical stuff to not work.
