My suggestion is since this is new, it probaqbly runs at top efficiency at this time. Dont mess with it. This is probably a 49 cc engine and there are limits as to what it will do.
I think this is a duplicate question ... I would recommend you dont do anything. You will void any warranty you might have if you start fooling around with it. Best to learn how to ride with max efficiency at this point. No jack rabbit starts, anticipate slowing down. No hard acceleration ...etc.
put premium gas in it to help clean/start it better take the spark plugs out spra a little starting fluid on the plug stick it in then kick the bike a few good times it should start and run a little better i suggest puting some lucus oil in the gas also to help...the self motor shouldn't cost to much if you do it yourself you will save a bundle let me know if this solves your problem
