Re: looking for schematics on 1995 ktm 620 lc4 rxc
Any dealer should be able to provide this for you. I think they should also be included in your owners manual. If you do not have an owner's manual, I highly recomend obtaining one.

You're coil may be on it's way out and may need to be replaced. Check all you're ignition cables for wear and tear. It may also be that the bike is running to lean. But you should not try and play with the air fuel mixture a this may have catastophic consequences. You will need to get it done by a professional.
This is for a 2000 400/640 ignition for KTM 640 lc4-e.
Looking from the perspective of rider seated on motorcycle we have the following colour coded wires going from left to right.:
1. r/w (red/white)
2. bl (blue)
3. o (orange)
4. g (green)
5. ge (Yellow)
.6 g/s. (green/black).
Hope this can steer you in the right direction Brisenod. From Flabbycat
It would seem you posted twice, pls try here, here or here. In some, the wiring diagram is part of the Service Manual. If the year is different, most harness/wiring would be relatively similar.
Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.
