Kindly advice the choke position of passion xpro

there is a choke under the petrol tank in hero honda passion plus, upside the choke for give start up to bike, only apply choke as per needed, you not need to apply it for more times, if any query then feel free to ask again to me .any time.

With engine running, press and hold the Reset button. While depressed, turn off the engine. When you turn the key back on the display should no longer show service due.

When running, the choke knob is placed in the down position and as this is the normal position, maybe it stands for "Normal" but I am only guessing. In case you don't know, the knob is placed in the up position for starting and the down position once the engine is running.

wind in both screws all the way then out 1 turn. This should be enough to start the bike, remember to use the choke if its cold. When its running you can adjust the air screw to get the fastest revs you can. The idle screw only affects it when its at tickover, adjust to get ideal tickover revs after all other adjustments. But it really needs to be set up with instruments, like a carbtune.

Choke position can best be determined by removing air cleaner and visually looking into the carb. Work the switch back and forth and make a note of the switch position. Some Chinese import cheap bikes are copys of originals from elsewhere. They actually make castings from the original parts IN REVERSE. As your problem look like your tv Panel get weak need to replaced.

sometimes they are stubborne,I use stranded electrical wire to send through jets,just make sure when blowing into an orfus that it comes out somewhere hope this helps
