thanks but no luck i have worked on this bike all day cleaned out every plug cleaned every connection every ground checked all realays and fuses the only thing i can think of is that when its running the fuel pump is bad or the relay for it is and when it cuts off the same relay runs the starter button but where is that relay located?

Check your battery connections and your ground cable. It sounds like something is loose.

Battery died, changed battery and now engine wont crank.

Look for a blown starter fuse or fusible link in your underhood block. Also look for what made it blow.

Honda XR125 L-4 3 month old battery, Bike has engine has started to die, exhaust goes pop (backfire?), engine cuts out all together, battery almost completely dead wont restart bike, starter just clicks...

put a volt meter across the battery terminals, should read over 12v stopped and rise to 13.5v with the engine running.
If the voltage doesnt rise there is a problem with the charging circuit.
Be carefull starting from a car, as this can cause damage to the bikes electrics, as the bike tries to produce enough amps to charge up the car when the bike starts, and overcook electrics.

My bike won't start

Either, your terminals are dirty, your battery has died or your starter motor has died. Having a manual would help, just Google it and hunt around, you should be able to find a freebie. But you need to get it started and to an auto-electrician, he will diagnose your problem in seconds, and generally it is a freebie.

Bike wont start turn over till batery dies. where

It will have a fuel filter in the fuel line (should be easy to find) but does not have a fuel pump. Firstly i would check you have spark on all cylinders as this is the most likely thing to be going wrong. Once you are sure you have spark you can start trouble shooting fuel and air delivery problems.
To check for spark remove a sparkplug, insert it back into its HT lead. Place the threads of the sparkplug on the engine block and crank the engine. A strong blue spark should be visible.

Bike starts dies then wont crank overuntil i lift the gastank

Hey pal, i got a feeling it's nothing like you think it is...the tank shouldn't lift without removing the bolt or bolts that hold it down...also many bikes have wires that run down the frame under the tank and here i where i think the problem lies....remove your tank completely, fuel lines, fuel guage wires etc... and set tank aside....now carefully inspect where your tank has been vibrating and rubbing on the wires, coils etc that are located there....take your time here as you will undoubtedly find a wire or connection that the tank has been rubbing on and now causing a short circuit......mend,repair, and insulate anything that has been damaged..then carefully reassemble and enjoy your ride....Good Luck to you friend.....Tim
