If the choke lever on the carburetor is accessible by hand, you can disconnect the choke cable and manually operate the choke lever until you are able to replace the cable. Depending on the severity of the bend in the cable, you may also be able to straighten the cable housing out with a pair of pliers. Be careful not to crush the cable housing.
Remove the cable and make or buy a new one ( depending on the fittings could use a pushbike brake cable and solder )
