Yes, it is the cam chain tensioner. With the engine off, just loosen the tensioner lock bolt then strongly tap a few times on the tensioner casing with a screwdriver handle. This will free up the spring loaded tensioner. Now just re=tighten the tensioner lock bolt and you're done. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
