Overcharged battery on motorcycle, now it won't even spark

I left a battery charger on a Yamaha TTR 125 for 2 days. When I took it off and tried to start it, it was dead. I pulled the plug and tried to kick start to see if I had spark and nothing. I don't know what a CDI does, but I suspect I burned it out. Is there anything else I may have damaged?

CDI = Capacitor Discharge Ignition. If the key was off you did not hurt the CDI. The battery is fried. 2amps is the max for a bike battery. I don't want to know at how many amps you charged the battery with. Go get a new battery AND a 1amp or 2amp charger. Charge the battery for an hour. Chances are you will be fixed.

Take to long to start.. takes almost ten minutes of kick starting... electric starter wont turn over to start bike yamaha ttr 125

The TTR-125 Carburetor's Run Lean by design. Mine had the same issues till I found a post on Thumpertalk.com on Carb and air box Mod. This is a good starting point on gets; 110 and 112.5 main and 17.5 pilot. But you must check spark plug coloring to make sure the jetting is correct. Check spark plug after the bike has been ridden for a wile. I also took out the stock baffle and replaced it with exhaust tip and now it fires up after a few kicks and worms up in a few minutes.
