Gap it to 0.7m You do not want to close the gap too much or it will burn to hot and faul your plugs too soon. Make sure your useing a metric gap. If you have a thousandths gap gauge, go to between 27 and 28 thousandths of an inch. Here is a conversion table for you to print out.

I believe NGK brand is the best. Get the stock plug for your bike from the dealer. Gap should be 30 thousandths.
