96 intruder 1400 when blinkers are on all other lights flash dimly, have checked ground wiresand ran seperate ground wires,to no avail, any thoughts on this problem?

Yes, the bad news is bent shift forks. The engine comes out and dissassembles into about 75 different parts. The gears come out, the the shift drum, then the forks. Not a job for the Saturday mechanic.

Check the battery terminals for corrosion. If corrosion exists, use a wire brush to remove it.

Your suzuki is air cooled with an oil cooler,it doesn't have a radiator...

When you check them, with say a test light and they work. It is because you have a good ground with the test light. Check and rerun ground wires if necessary On the back of the truck, check for ground straps from the frame to the bed..

Push starter button, headlight dims, no starter motor, etc.
Yes, LED turn signal lights require a flasher rated for LED's. They are available in auto parts stores.
As far as the now start goes, double check all wiring, making sure all the positives and all the negatives are correct. Check the ground wire from the battery. Make sure the connections are tight.

Left turn signal flashes fast but all four will flash. left front is dim.
You need to replace the left front light. The quick flashing is like your check engine light for your blinkers. Once you replace it everything will go back to normal

Right rear turn signal has power to the bulb but still wont light. test light will flash, but bulb wont. the same bulb works on other side..
I would have to say it would be the ground wire in that turn signal. You are getting a ground with the tester so to test this take a piece of wire and find the ground side of the socket for the bulb wich is the housing that holds the bulb in. Take the wire and strip both ends. Insert the bulb and touch the housing with one end and the other end touch it to a good ground on the bike and if it lights then you have a bad ground somwhere.

2001 Suzuki Intruder 1400 WONT START!!
Sounds like you may have fould plugs replace with new NGK's. If still no start ckeck spark. two old plugs taped together or even tach welded together makes excellent spark check tool. No open cylinder no shot of air fuel mix to light by plug to fin method (electodes aposing each other) plug two cylinders plug wires and turn motor watching for spark and color of spark.
