Go to www.babbittsonline.com/parts/viewbybrand/parts.aspx They have OEM parts for the older bikes. You will really like the exploded views of the different categorys, transmission, cylinder head, clutch, etc. Please take a moment and rate my answer. Thanks!

SOURCE: needle adjustments for 1999 Suzuki RM80 Need carb

Lightly seat the screws then open up each of them one and one half turns. This is the factory setting.

can usually be done at cable, or have to go into where the cable connects to trans, usually a screw on it prop the bike up and go from there
