Possible causes for a misfire:
Spark plug
Spark plug wires
Weak or bad coil
Dirty or a bad fuel injector
Low compression in cylinder
This is a case of testing and process of elimination. Have them all tested to find out which one is the culprit. Change the plug and wire to a different cylinder, if the misfire happens in that cylinder, you'll know it's either the plug or the wire. Without doing any testing, it's hard to say what the cause is.
It sounds as if you posibly got some faulty new spark plugs or wires. It happens more than you might think. If you know anyone that owns a repair shop have them put it on a diagnostis computer and it will tell you what is causing the misfire and which spark plug is faulty if that is what it is.
good luck i have the same car and it has been a nightmare from day one . everything is expensive to repair mine showed a mis fire in same cylinder had to supposedle head gasket was bad and gas was gettting in causing misfire
