Stalling issues on 2003 electraglide

I have been chasing this problem for a while and spent hundreds of dollars trying to get it diagnosed. The dealership said it was my IAC motor and I agreed to have another one installed. The bike ran great for two days and its right back where I started. The bike began to stutter at lights and when iI pulled into my driveway it stalled out completely.I am tired of throwing money at a problem no one can seem to fix.

Need more details to arrive at a solution for you, BTW what is the IAC motor? are you talking about the active exhaust system?

Sounds like maybe a fuel injector problem. have you ever used injector cleaner in your fuel or had the injector cleaned? sputtering means not getting enough fuel. check your fuel filter too.

A lightning strike light and bas light keeps turning on ,on my dodge magnum, and when it does the car shakes , and tends to lose power. Please help

Common problem on these vehicles. Numerous forums with several possible fixes. Throttle body may be bad, e cm may be bad or the engine wiring harness may be bad. Highly recommend finding a repair shop familiar with this issue to diagnose and fix it. The extra money spent will probably save you mo eyes over chasing the wrong problem.

Where is my tail light relay in a 2003 highlander?

If your taillight keeps going out, the problem is the gray connector that the bulb plugs into. Replace that and your problem will be solved. It is difficult to order one from Toyota and get the correct part; the schematic for that taillight is not clear on their computer system.

The most reliable way to get the correct part is to go to a pick-your-own-part junkyard a cut a couple of them out of a crashed Highlander. Should only cost you like $5 each.

This solved the taillight problem on my Toyota Highlander. It took me weeks to chase the problem down. The dealer will charge you hundreds of dollars to troubleshoot the problem. The connectors are easy to change out. You just unplug and replace them.

Engine feels like it stops for a second.

I guess you need a better shop that can start over
& actually diagnose issues.

2003 Caravan: My dodge caravan will stall three or four times on...

Sounds like a malfunctioned IAC or mass air flow sensor. If the check engine light is on take it to a local Auto Zone or similar parts house. They normally run a diagnostic check for free. The mass airflow sensor is very easy to change it is a sensor in the neck of the Air intake tube leading out of the intake plenum. Remove the sensor, unplug the electrical connector and replace the new sensor and plug it back in. But I would have a diagnostic run before you do anymore work on it.

Unexpected stalling - have replaced pcm, wiring harness, part of the distributer, plugs, wires, o2 sensor....can't figure it out....have spent hundreds of dollars and still no solution.

Did you try replacing the crank sensor. There is a service bulletin for the crank sensor causing stalling on these models.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Engine will not turn over, already changed fuel pump

If you want to keep guessing, you just might get lucky after you've spent hundreds of dollars on parts you don't/didn't need. If you could tell us which (if any) DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Code) are stored in the ECU (Engine Control Unit), we might be able to help you identify the problem and cause. The other solution is tow the vehicle to the nearest Hyundai Service Dept and have a qualified technician diagnose the problem. They'll give you an estimate of repairs (parts, labor, tax, time frame, etc.).
