There should not be fuel on the spark plug anyway, if the plugs are firing the fuel would burn off them.

Regardless, if you suspect the fuel line is blocked simply remove the fuel line either from the petcock or carburator and blow in it to see if there is any blockage.

1) is there fuel in the tank?
2) is the fuel filter plugged?
3)is the petcock in the ON or RES position?

There should be a screen on top of the petcock that could get plugged up with debris from inside your gas tank. Drain the fuel from the tank and remove the petcock to clean the screen.

Hope this helps, pls vote for me.

Problem with electricity

This may sound silly, but have you checked the safety switches? There's usually one at the kick stand and sometimes another at the clutch. If either is broken or a wire has come disconnected, the bike cannot start.

Can any 1 help i got a dtr 125 03 model and its splutters after 7 grand in every gear it must be fuel/power valve problem

Firstly, when riding this bike do not ride past the splutter, this could be for. Number of reasons, ignition breaking down, wrong grade of spark plug ,fuel air mixture as an event of worn or damaged crankshaft seals, cdi ignition moduel, coil, ht lead arking out, does this have the original exhaust? Maybe it needs re jetting, has this bike always behaved like this or did the fault develope slowly? the list goes on

HONDA, NSR 125cc, aero intake system. bike just packed in 20 miles from home, no life at all. tried basics plugs, fuses etc , no joy still dead.

does it even turn over? if it does, does it have spark? if it does, is it getting fuel... try reserve position you might have clogged tank or fuel filter. But no joy still dead means to me though that it doesn't even turn over...if i'm right assuming your battery is in perfect condition at least 12.6v then check the main 30 amp fuse on the starter solenoid and if the fuse checks good then the solenoid could be bad you should be able to hear a little clicking noise coming from the solenoid if its working o.k....how old is the bike? has the starter ever been looked at? hope some of this will get her going again.
Can i get some feedback if it does..thanks!

Bike wont run for more than 5 secs and thats when it does start

Not sure but it sounds like it's running too rich a mixture and/or your float levels are not adjusted properly. When you stopped the excess fuel has gone into the bore not burned which will wet your spark plug making it very difficult to start. Depending on the colour of the smoke it could also indicate that your mixture is too rich. For extra power you need more air not necessarily more fuel. I hope that helps you. Again not sure but sounds like that is your problem. :)

Engine cut out at speed.

This sounds like some water in the float bowl. Drain the carb using the screw on the lower side of the bowl or the plug in the bottom of the bowl, depending on which carb model you have. Drain a cup of gas from the tank as well. Moist air can condensate in the tank. that is where the water comes from.
