New throttle cable?

Was it properly adjusted?
There should be just a little slack when throttle grip is at idle position.

Check cable routing, making sure there are no sharp bends, or it's hanging up on something.

Finally, lube the cable.

Testimonial: "hi,there was no sharp bends in cable not touching anything .all the above was checked but still revving."

SOURCE: my moped looses power and the exhaust gets very

Is it a 2 stroke? if so, 1st make sure your gas/oil ratio is correct. 2nd make sure you have the correct sparkplug.... and 3rd... sorry to say.... you may be close to a piston and/or ring seizure. The loss of power and extra heat generation is probably coming from friction between a worn cylinder and the piston/ring.

SOURCE: really hard to start

When I bought my Keeway it was supposed to have an alarm and remote start. The dealer said they remove that system from all Keeways they sell because it drains the battery. If yours has remote start,, that may be the problem. I have two Keeways and it seems that if they aren't started and run every day, they will be hard to start. The dealer also told me that these scooters will be difficult to start if they are allowed to sit for any length of time.

Keeway hurricane 50 .the electricty went off suddenly

Hello and happy thanksgiving from the USA.
I would suspect that you have a defective igntion switch, the igntion switch is what powers up all of the electrical system when you turn the key to run, the contacts can get burnt or the connector or both. The switch is under/behind the ignition key cylinder which operates the switch or course.
