No high beam and will not charge

No high beam has new bulb low one is dim all the time no lights come on till started and will not charge. Don't know if it is the charging system causing all the prob. or what. It might need a rectitfier, power goes in nothing comes out, drains the batt. all the time

Battery is shot...buy a new batt and it should be ok...if not, then you'll know its a charging system problem

Try this: Unplug the connector from the bulbs to the relays and flip the connector over and plug it back into the relay. It will plug in both ways, but only one way is correct and will work both hi and lo beams.
