Doesnt want to rev when i open the fuel valve on the petrol tank

I have a 2000 model cagiva mito 125cc. when I open the fuel valve on the petrol tank the bike doesn't want to rev.

SOURCE: speedo and rev counter not working

make sure your clip i the back is in all the way.

SOURCE: my cagiva mito 125 it revs up 2 7rpm then starts 2

clean carb , clean sparkplug and some fresh fuel might help
