Battery was dead tried to jump and now have no power at all no lights. On the dash no nothing have jumped beforwith no problems any ideas
DO NOT JUMP START MOTORCYCLES!!!
Your main fuse is blown.
Motorcycles have much lighter gauge wiring and will burn up if you try to jump start them, this is why the fuse is installed so car guys dont burn up the wiring on their bikes!
Only charge a motorcycle battery with no more than 2.5 amps of charge.
Or install a new battery.

Ck fuses and wire connections first. If no problem seen, get bike running and disconnect the ground cable @ battery. If bike dies the problem generally is in the stator or regulator assembly not keeping battery charged. Bike will run untill the battery is too low to keep the ignition system energized and the bike will die. If it continues running w/the ground disconnected, the battery could have a dead cell which will drain the battery in a very short time whether it is running or not.

Check the fuses. Get a new battery and get a 2amp trickle charger and charge the battery for 6 hours. NEVER charge a bike battery with more than a two amp charger. Pray that the CDI ignition is not shot.

One of two: Your battery is totally dead (very common in the winter if you left it on the floor), or your bike could be facing problems with the charger system.

-check the fuse right hand side below the fuel tank and seat, see if it is blown.
- Check to see if plug has spark, replace if necessary .
- Did you run the bike with a low battery before replacing it? could be that your stator is shot.
-Is bike trying to start but won't?
