it sounds like your low speed idle jets are still cloged as they are very small openings you may need to soak them in thinners then use a air compresser to blow them out ,and see if you can see through them ,i have found a steel guitar string the smallest can fit some of them hope it works cheers
petrol is low swtch to reserve or clean your fuel **** they have filters on them may be block this happens from time to time and check you have a good spark
sounds like you blew a set of piston rings. instead of building compression in the cylinder its pressurizing your crank case forceing the oil out the breather into your air box
Your bike is a four stroke. The gear box and engine are one unit. Standard 10w40 oil goes into the gearbox. The gear box oil IS the engine oil.
You need to buy the oil anyway, so why not go to the Kawasaki dealer and, after buying the oil, ask them show you how to check the oil level. Ask them to tell you what maintenance you should do as the owner. Don't be shy. Ask them "what do you mean by that".."where is that part on my bike?"... How often?... and so forth. They will be glad to give you a first hand education on standard maintenance needs.
The best way is to remove carbs open bowl and soak on carb cleaner over night . make sur no rubber o rings or any rubber part is in cleaner remove and set aside.( Diaphram) as they will expand.Get a shop Manual it will show you what you need to do.
