My scooter starts up hard hestitate alot until warmed up then works all day great. i chg gas and filter and put m carbo cleaner in gas still hestiates in the morining when i first start it what to do
Might be a problem with the electric choke sitting on the carburetor.
-or you should adjust the air/fuel ratio & idle speed settings on the carb (by a Vespa-shop)

If you left the bike siting for a bit especially with fuel in the tank then that is more then likely your problem. Try new fuel first if that in and by itself doesnt work then you probably have varnishing in the carberator you could try running some carb cleaner through it but if that doesnt do it you will probably need to have the carberator serviced.
