SOURCE: location of sparkplug on 2004 Honda Odyssey EX and replacement

the spark plugs are located under the coil packs they have one or two bolts holding each one in. you have six cylinder so there should be six coil packs three facing you when you pop hood and three more located towards the back. let me know if you have any other questions.

SOURCE: location of the spark plugs for 2006 honda

There should be a plastic cover over the top of the engine. Remove that cover. You will then see the three coils on the front of the engine. Use a metric Allen or a 10mm socket to remove the bolts that hold the coils to the valve cover. Unplug the coils and then remove them. The plugs will be underneath. The rear three plugs are set up the Same way. They are a little more difficult to do but not impossible. If you have any questions let me know. Thank you for using fixya.com!

SOURCE: how to locate number one spark plug on a 1996 honda Accord 2.7 V6

yes, on the V engines, it can vary.
in school they say
"look from top of motor, see the cylinder that is more forward
that is on FWD car forward is to right, strut.
on is most forward on all V engines. that be #1"

login to alldata.com its all there, just look
or buy the fsm or
read these. (no v6 data , i think but is free)

sorry for so slow response.

not reading the book (FSM) invites huge errors. with all cam belts.
they are tricky , as a class.
its and interference engine and guessing can be tad expensive... BOOM

Two of my 2006 honda ridgeline spark plugs are in a difficult location. How do I change those 2 right back side plugs?

Mitsubishi use high quality platinum plugs in the back side of the V6 because of the difficulty of replacing them. I would not be surprised if Honda use the same idea.. Remember that with EFI engines the plugs will generally out last the engine any way and the old idea that it is necessary for a tune up is defeated by the fact that EFI engines have a ECM that keeps the engine in perfect tune or throws up a code to let you know other wise.

I can see two spark plugs on my 2006 Honda shadow 750 Spirit. Are the other two under the seat?

Yes, you have two spark plugs per cylinder for a total of four plugs on the cycle. You can remove them using the spark plug wrench that came in your Honda tool kit.
