maby you have touched somthing on the carb when you changed the air filter or maby spark plug is to big or maby faulty try new one or your old one

the spark plugs are located under the coil packs they have one or two bolts holding each one in. you have six cylinder so there should be six coil packs three facing you when you pop hood and three more located towards the back. let me know if you have any other questions.

There should be a plastic cover over the top of the engine. Remove that cover. You will then see the three coils on the front of the engine. Use a metric Allen or a 10mm socket to remove the bolts that hold the coils to the valve cover. Unplug the coils and then remove them. The plugs will be underneath. The rear three plugs are set up the Same way. They are a little more difficult to do but not impossible.

yes, on the V engines, it can vary.
in school they say
"look from top of motor, see the cylinder that is more forward
that is on FWD car forward is to right, strut.
on is most forward on all V engines. that be #1"
