Guy melted wires to cdi and battery doing burn outs trying to get it running replaced wires and cdi now won't start
SOURCE: TTR 90 wont start. Not carb. Not CDI. Plug cap?
Every component plays a part in the ignition system. Check the wiring as you go. Start at one end and move forward. You have done a lot of work so far. so you should be close. If the igniter is fine and the other components too. Then it would narrow it down to an electrical problem or no signal/pulse to the coil. See if the coil is receiving that pulse. you can use a test light for this test. Pos. will be power and NEG. will be the pulse. With light on the NEG. crank the engine over and see if it flashes. Let me know how its going.

could be the safety switch on the clutch leaver. Turn bar's full right, then left a few times and give it a go.
SOURCE: i have a 05 gsxr 750, replaced battery, now no start.
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Initially, try starting with the clutch lever pulled in and / or the sidestand folded up. Additionally, determine if there is a clicking sound. If there is, then it would most likely be the starter solenoid.
Good luck and thank yu for asking FixYa.

SOURCE: My 2008 gsxr 600 has no power when I turn the key
could well be the battery has just gone flat starting the engine up and running it for a fuw minuets knocks more out the battery that you put in and batterys dont like cold weather any how if your going to leave the bike standing around not being driven go out and buy yourself a 12 volt 2.5watt solar charger hook this to the battery and it will keep the battery toped up even in dull weather,,,,i have them on my bikes all year round, cheap power!!!
