It didnt leak out of the overflows the other day but once i connected the carburetor to my bike without it running it started to flow out of overflow again, guessing i need to adjust float height. dont know what to adjust it to?

you put it on the float base and allow the float to drop down and read the gauge where the float is read the top of the oppiste side where the float is hinged.

the common rule is to have it adjusted within 2mm of where the gasket meets the carb and bowl. get a clear hose about 6 in long and connect to where the fuel is flowing out of while bike is off. bend it to where the side of the hose runs up and down next to your carb. it will show where your level is. then keep adjusting till its around the gasket. also check to make sure the rubber valve isn't missing or damaged in your float.
SOURCE: floats not set
Float tabs come set flat to surrounding plate, bend up to decrease level and down to raise level. Raised level too much and you risk fuel overflow on sustained inclines and too low a level and you will lean out at high revs and damage valves/piston real quick. There is no set level to speak of, but better to err on the side of losing a bit of overflow. The overflow drains from the carby via a plastic hose from just above float bowl flange.
Cheers.

I would try and set them to the most level setting I could get That would work for a start and then go from there I seems like you have them set to high
