Dry engines also shut off... check engine oil levels first.
also it seems piston and bore hole has problems... they are probably worn out badly... do you hear a rattle when it runs?

SOURCE: M50 internal kill switch?

That's the Suzuki SASS sensor which stands for Suzuki Anti Squid Sensor which tells its owners to stop popping wheelies on their 700 pound cruiser.

SOURCE: Suzuki GS 750 Starting

Hi
Sounds like someone has customised your bike - does it have a RH switchgear?
there shd be 3 connectors for the RH switch in headlamp - a 3 pin & 2 singles, the 3 pin has 2x orange/white + 1x yellow/green, this connects to 1x orange 1x orange/white +1x yellow/green wire which are for the kill + start
The singles are 1x orange/green + 1x white (loom side) which go to 1x orange + 1x white respectively, these are for the brake light
If you are keeping the kill sw then its only the yellow/green wire that can be discarded. You can also follow it back to the starter disconnect sw - junk that - keep tracing it back to the starter solenoid & junk that too. If you want to keep the electrical accessory output terminal then connect that straight to the battery or to the orange wire from the ign sw to the fuse box. You can also junk the thick wires from the solenoid, 1x to batt + 1x to the starter motor
You can junk the starter motor too ( 2 bolts then pull away from sidecase & up at the rear) but make sure you block the hole up!
If you want to bypass the ign sw then disconnect the 4 block from it & jump the red to the orange & also the brown to grey (for lights etc)
Good luck & ride safe

SOURCE: suzuki gsxr 600 06 starting problems

200° is quite warm...
If the engine wont turn over, probabily you have a bad battery, a bad starter or a bad starter relay, or bad connections.

A hot engine has more compression. If the full battery power doesn't reach the starter it won't turn over...

SOURCE: suzuki 1400 intruder wont start.. just clicking noise.

It's most likely the connection to the battery. The screws dont tighten in well and you get the famous clicking....I replaced the stock philips screws with a hex bolt and after two years of trying to solve the problen have been starting everytime for the past year no problems. Another gie away is the intermitant starting problem gets worse when wet.

Bike runs but when gets warm shuts down will start in about 15 mins when cools

Valve clearence is to tight, compression then becomes zero when hot and when cooled down again compression is back. Adjust clearence maybe 0.05 mm more up, but check all valves an all cylinders.
You could have a burnt seat too.

Bike leaves me stranded after 15 mins

Check your ignition coils. Sometimes they fail with an open circuit, this can sometimes close up when the machine is cold and open again when it heats up. So. it will start when cold and fail when it warms up.

Have Suzuki gs x katana 600 the bike dies after 10 minutes from turned on i wait 10 minutes i try again the bike is run and die again? what is the problem plz help?

Hi mody
check fuel flow from tank by sucking vacuum hose if fuel runs through if not inspect tap. but if yes pull out carbs and check float needle housing strainer. if is free from particles replace ignition coils and pulse generator.

The bike runs for almost precisely 15 minutes, then dies

it may not be the coil. i got a bike that didnt run right, it came with box of spare parts and about 5 extra sets of coils. when i was talking to some buddies about what my bike was doing they told me that it was the coil. then i was talking to another buddy that used to work on motorcycles professionally he told me to check the points. I checked and adjusted them and now it runs just fine. so what i am trying to say is check your points before buying new coils.

'04 volusia still shutting down

I would recomend checking to be sure the fuel and vacum lines n the tank are installed correctly, Open the fuel filler and start the bike and see if it has any change on the problem, if so you have a vacum issue.
