EASY FIX!! There is a silver cover over the carb, remove two screws.Inside there is a spring that holds down a diaphram made of soft rubber,it may have a hole or be damaged in some way or not seated properly.If it has a hole or slit it can be fixed with gorilla glue till you can find a new one. good luck.
