Have you checked your valve timing as it sounds like you are putting back pressure in to your inlet valves forcing the fuel through the carb and out the overflow

SOURCE: at first gas would just start pouring out of the

Check the level of the fuel in the float chamber, it could be low.
You can also check the solenoid valve ....turn the ignition 'on' and you should hear a click sound at the s/valve, this proves the valve to be openning ones the ignition is turned 'on'.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: i have a 1991 cr250 wont start it has compression

just adjust the accelerator cable that is connecting to the fuel pump.check the and repair the throttle cause its the reason why it wont start . Its flooding the because of too much release of gas to the carb.

SOURCE: brand new 24MM MIKUNI CARBURETOR that floods out the bowl...

Carb's can be cleaned, hope you didn't throw money away on a new one for dirt.
You may have dirt in the gas tank getting to the carb. If you can, remove the bowl drain, (At the bottom) and see if there is sediment in it.(dirt)

89 cbr 600 bike will run. Fuel started pouring from carb overflow only while running. Just started today and has not had any recent carb work.. what could be causing this

The spring loaded pin on the end of your needle and seat valve is not working. They jam up and then with vibration let extra fuel into the bowl and cause flooding.

Why does gas pour out of my harley davidson mikuni carburator?

you probably let your bike sit for a while and your float is stuck in the carburetor,so try tapping lightly on the carburetor bowl at the bottom to see if it stops flowing .anyway it goes you probably looking at taking carburetor off and cleaning it out

When trying to start fuel pours from the carby

Been there done that, Carb needle stuck in the open position. Do NOT try to start it this way as if a cylinder fills with fuel it will hydrolock and cranking the engine can break expensive things. If you need to crank it pull the 3 spark plugs on the effected side and crank it over to remove the fuel from the flooded cylinders. This may require carb. removal and tear down if tapping on the carb bowls doesn't fix it. Same thing happened to my 1999 Valk. Interstate.

The float is stuck in the bottom of the carb. Remove the bowl, pull out the float and needle valve, and clean the valve and the hole it sits in.
