yes, the back tire is the same size, with all the same bearings and shaft.. the front is a different size, but the shaft and bearings holding the wheel are the same.
I would run a can of Techron fuel system cleaner through it. May have sucked some debris out of the tank and into the carb (injector). Also if it has a fuel filter I think I would change it.
Its under the fuel filter forward of the battery
