Ive cleaned the carb already and i have oil and gas
Hi there if you have cleaned the carby out and checked the jets are not blocked and the fuel is fresh ,check for spark and see if that is working ,if it has spark spray a bit of aero start into the carb and see if it fires if it does then you still have carby jet blocked problems cheers

The valve is open when the lever and valve are parallel. Generally that is down. When the lever is pointing across the valve it is closed. Think T vs. I. If the lever and valve cross it's closed, if they go the same way it's open.
That applies to a two position valve, if your Bayou has a reserve postion it could be different. That would be three positions and across one way would be open, down would be reserve, and across the other way would be closed. Should be marked on the petcock if that is the case.

remover all plastic/ rubber parts
then soak the whole carb body and slow jet in lacquer thinner
the slow speed jet/needle circuit needs to be cleaned with just 1 strand from 18 gauge copper wire going through all passages an holes pilot circuit in pic

No guarantees but try this. Pull the slide from the throat of the carb. Now move the clip on the jet needle down one notch. This will richen the low end mix. Two notches may be needed but do one notch at the start.

ok buddy your not getting enough fuel in the carb so on the carb will be a screw you need to turn this mixture screw out a turn and try it if this doesnt work get back to me buddy
