I "fixed" a couple of small carbs with the same issue just by spraying in some carb cleaner.
However, it shouldn't take you long to remove it, take it apart and rinse jets etc, as it clogs by sitting.

The machine is doing the right thing by dying. The role of the choke is to block the air intake and allow more gas to go into the carb. It is meant for starting a cold engine. If you apply choke to a running engine, it will flood the carb and cylinder and not allow it to ignite. The spark is enough to ignite a mixture os gas and air and not gas alone. Hence the engine dies. So give choke only when starting under cold/freezing conditions.

SOURCE: Tzr with aprilla 50 engine??

As far as I am aware, Aprilia only make 2 stroke engines. These do not have Tappets. The jets are in the carburetor. Does the engine turn over? does it emit oil or fuel from the exhaust when it turns over? With a 2 stroke engine you need to do a de-coke about every 1500 - 2000 miles. It is an easy job just requiring the removal of the head and giving it a good clean(with a stiff brush).

My Tomos moped starts fine no problem but after 1/2 km or so it just stops like someone turned it off. I kick start over and over and it will not start. The I wait maybe 10 minutes and then off I go for...

Ok sounds mostly like a carb problem i would have it rebuilt or just cleaned also check spark plugs oil gas. If that does not fix the problem id get a mechanic to check it out it may need major repairs or just somthing simple went wrong.

Peugeot jet force 50 engine cuts out on overrun

when the engine dies pull out the spark plug and earth the plug on the metal part and turn it over dont hold the spark plug as you will get a shock if the plug sparks you know the ignition system is working.if you have no spark do a compresion test to see if there is a problem with the engine.if that ok you will have a fuel problem make sure the breather on the fuel tank isn blocked or trapped.
