On an 03 bagger it will be under the seat. You'll have to remove it. Under the seat is the battery you should see a little silver clip towards the back ledge of the battery tray. That's the turn signal module. Remove the clip and pull the unit up amd out.

Loosin the rear axel bolt and turn the adjustment screw in on both side the same amount on both side's. Then tighten the axel nut back down to what the spec foot pounds that the manuel calls for.

SOURCE: removing bearing from rear wheel 03 ultra classic

you could use a blind hole bearing remover w/slide hammer these bearing are suppose to be tight and straight.if they are removed and installed wrong you could ruin the hub. Harley switched to sealed wheel bearings in 2000 earlier models were tappered bearings.

I believe the simultanous pressing of both the right and left turn signal buttons is also used to set the or disable the security system. You may have a "conflict" that is so common with computerized stuff.

SOURCE: locating the flasher relay, where is it on an

Depends on the year. The older ones use an old car flasher. Usually under the fairing. The next generation used a black or grey turn signal module. Again under the fairing. The newer ones use a bcm which would be under the left side cover.

2005 Malibu Classic Hazard Module replacement

The hardest part is finding it. With your key on give a left or right turn signal. Try to listen and pinpoint the clicking of the turn signal flasher. Once you locate the turn signal flasher, your hazard flasher will look just like this and should be mounted nearby, typically next to it. The flasher simply pulls out and the new one just pushes in.

Flasher or turn signal switch

When you select left or right do any of the bulbs come on? If you select left check front and back left side if one of the bulbs did not come on the flasher will not work. Change the bulb that is out. Same with the right. If the fuse for the turn signal is good (check fuse or replace do not use visual, some appear to be good but are not).
The emergency flasher is different from the turn signal flasher. Look at manual for location of turn signal flasher. If you manually lift and lower turn signal control you may hear a clicking under the dash to locate the flasher.
