On an 03 bagger it will be under the seat. You'll have to remove it. Under the seat is the battery you should see a little silver clip towards the back ledge of the battery tray. That's the turn signal module. Remove the clip and pull the unit up amd out.

Loosin the rear axel bolt and turn the adjustment screw in on both side the same amount on both side's. Then tighten the axel nut back down to what the spec foot pounds that the manuel calls for.

you could use a blind hole bearing remover w/slide hammer these bearing are suppose to be tight and straight.if they are removed and installed wrong you could ruin the hub. Harley switched to sealed wheel bearings in 2000 earlier models were tappered bearings.

Depends on the year. The older ones use an old car flasher. Usually under the fairing. The next generation used a black or grey turn signal module. Again under the fairing. The newer ones use a bcm which would be under the left side cover.
