Why would my 2005 Triumph Bonneville America go through two IGNITION CTRL UNITs in two years. The last one didn't work after storage all winter. Is frezzing weater bad for them? Should I remove it for storage?

I'd guess spark plug range is your most likely issue. Unless you just have some loose wires - check for that first. Research your area's weather, and make sure to check with Triumph regarding spark plug recommendations. This information could be in your Owner's Manual. Always use plugs that match your riding style AND the weather. You shouldn't have to remove the ICUs in the winter. If you think you do, maybe check for shorts in the system. You shouldn't be getting any ground leakage at all.

Mainly its because GILL electronics make crap goods, triumph has had thousands of complaints about this but refuse acknowledge any problem. they have rubbish after sales service and the 2 year warranty isn\'t worth a wxnk its a shame nice looking bike bad rep because of bad electronics and shoddy service.

Where are the fuses on my 2004 triumph america?

Hi
They are in front of the ignition key. Pull off the little panel surrounding the ignition (from the bottom)

I have a 2004 triumph America and the blinkers stopped working. Where do I find the fuses?

the fuses are behind the plastic cover which is covering the ignition switch.
It looks like it shouldn't come off but it does and reveals all the fuses!

Triumph Bonneville America 2002, misfires for first 10 miles or so, then suddenly clears and runs well. Appears to be running on one cylinder.

is it electronic ignition? - if so, the ignition heat sink unit may be gone...should be s omehwere on the underside of the tank shroud. do you have a manual for it?
