09 Yamaha majesty need help please first time start and ride for few mins or few miles then cut off then after the everytime it restart right og run for few sec then cut off.

Please help if anyone know this problem i have with my 09 Majesty 400. Start right on everytime. ride for few mins or few miles sometime then shut off. Then i stop complet with brake on then restart it again right on run for few second after the first time then shut off again. please help anyone know this problem

Most likely cause is a tight valve clearance ,they close up all together when they get hot and it loses compression until they cool down again.

I'd be checking my fuel system.
Flush the carb
Make sure you're using fresh gas
Clean or replace the fuel filter.

My husbands Yamaha Royal Star will completely stall while riding. Any ideas?
Make sure you have fuel getting to the carb/injectors. If you have fuel and you say you fiddled with the ignition switch and it worked, you might need a new ignition switch. I hope this helps. Rod

I have a 1999 yamaha v star650 runs great reg maint. But I get 15 min rides then batt goes dead I charge it with a small amp charger/tender shows full charge, turn on the key I hear a few clicks then fires...
Do a hydro test on the battery, replace the battery if below 1200. Check the reftact thing ... bridge rectifier ... for shorts. And of course check the alternator for output.
