Check first if you can do a self test print on a stand alone not using a computer with out any problem, if its ok then try to reset the spooler by going to the windows services, click on start then run then type in the bos services.msc then look for the print spooler. try to stop and re start, if the problem still exist, uninstall and re install the driver of your printer. if problem still persist then there is a problem on the services of your windows operating system

Try to download your sound driver to your sound card or motherboard to it's manufacturers web site. Or you could buy Driver magician , driver magician will search and detect all the driver that your computer needs.
